Where will you find the Arca Guest House?
Arca Guest House is located in Frescada di Preganziol, in the heart of the beautiful Land of Venice, 10 minutes from the centre of Treviso and 30 minutes from the fascinating city of Venice. The property is also very close to Treviso’s Antonio Canova airport and the Marco Polo airport in Venice, respectively, at 8 and 18 minutes by car.
We’d like to stay in your guesthouse to celebrate a special occasion (birthday, anniversary, etc). Can you organise something special for us?
First of all, congratulations! Of course, please contact us at hello@arcaguesthouse.it to discuss your special occasion. We can arrange for petals, balloons and many other party articles.
Do children pay at full rate?
One child up to two years of age can stay free of charge. On request and for a fee, we can provide a cot. Children aged three and over are assigned their own bed and pay the regular rate.
Where are the nearest airports?
The closest airports are those of Treviso (Antonio Canova airport) and Venice (Marco Polo airport), respectively 8 and 18 minutes from the guesthouse. A transfer will be available to pick you up from the airport.
Do you have no-smoking rooms?
Yes, all our rooms are exclusively non-smoking.
What is the advantage of booking here on the official Arca website?
You will have a direct relationship with us; there are no intermediaries involved in booking changes.
Where can I park?
You can park your car/motorbike/bike for free in our private car park.
Which payment methods does the guest house accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, cash card or bank transfer.
Must I have a car to get around?
Not at all; the guesthouse is 50 metres from the bus stop, with Treviso and Venice just short trips away. From the guesthouse, a short 3-minute walk takes you to San Trovaso train station, from which you can reach many great places of interest. A taxi service is also available throughout the area. A driver will be available to bring you to the city centre of Treviso.
At what time can I check in and check out?
Check-in starts from 2 pm and check-out must be completed by 10.30 am. If you need to leave earlier or arrive later, you can let us know a few days before your arrival by contacting us by phone or email, so that we can make the best arrangements to meet your needs. The service is upon request and for a fee. Also, if you want to leave after 11 am, we can hold your bags while you enjoy your last glass of Prosecco.
Can I leave my luggage with you?
You can always leave luggage in storage on arrival and departure days. Only guests staying in the guesthouse .
Can I rent bicycles at the hotel?
Yes, you can rent bicycles for a fee and when you book your stay.
Can I bring my pet?
We love animals, but we only accept small sized ones for lack of suitable spaces.
