Arca Guest House is located in Frescada di Preganziol, in the heart of the beautiful Land of Venice, just 10 minutes from the center of Treviso and 30 minutes from the enchanting city of Venice. The property is also very close to Antonio Canova (Treviso) and Marco Polo (Venice) airports, just 8 and 18 minutes by car, respectively.

Yes, all our rooms are strictly non-smoking.

You can park your car, motorcycle, or bicycle for free in the private parking area of the property.

No, the property is just 50 meters from the bus stop, which provides quick access to Treviso and Venice. A 3-minute walk from the guest house also takes you to San Trovaso train station, from which you can reach many major points of interest. Taxi service is also available throughout the area.

You can always leave your luggage in storage on the day of arrival and departure. It is not possible to leave luggage if you are not staying at the guest house.

We love animals, but to ensure the utmost respect for all our guests, we cannot accept them. Thank you for your understanding.

The nearest airports are Treviso (Antonio Canova Airport) and Venice (Marco Polo Airport), just 8 and 18 minutes from the property, respectively. A transfer service is available on request and at an additional cost to pick you up and take you directly to the property.

You will have a direct relationship with us: there are no intermediaries.

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:30 AM. If you have special needs, please let us know a few days before your arrival by phone or email, so we can organize everything to best meet your requirements.
